Clark Real Estate was established in Boone in the mid 1950s. Bud Wells joined the office as an agent in 1987 and became the owner and broker when Mr. Clark, the original owner, retired in 1990. In May of that year, Clark Real Estate became a franchise of Iowa Realty, becoming Clark Iowa Realty. Bud Wells retired May 1, 2007 and Patricia "Pat" Mason became Broker Owner. The Sales Agents are:
